Parent Survey
Below are two links for a formal survey of parents. Please note that one survey is designed for grammar schools (Pre-K through 5^th grade) and another for “middle school” (6^th through 8^th grade). The results of the survey will give insight to the “choice factors” that influence a family’s enrollment decision. This information will be very helpful during the design of effective media outreach to parent communities.
Principals are encouraged to include these survey links in outgoing correspondence to their parent communities. Parents need only complete one survey. If a family has children in both grammar and middle school they should choose the survey that corresponds with the age of their youngest school-aged child. Parents are welcome to share the link to any friends or family with other student-aged children, regardless if they are in Catholic school or not.
