Since we are expecting about 100 people to attend the meeting, we will not be able to validate parking for this event. Please check with your school accountant to see if you can be reimbursed for your expenses. There is limited parking in the garage below our building. You are welcome to park in any space that is not labeled “Reserved”. If you cannot find parking there, we recommend the Cabrini Parking garage on the corner of Marion and Boren. I believe the rates there are about $15.00 for up to 8 hours.
Attached please find a copy of the final agenda for the meeting. Please note that regional meetings will begin at 2:30 PM. Pastors should be able to leave at this point.
For Catholic Schools Week this year, we are restarting an old tradition that was always held in the Chancery. We will be holding an Open House for all Chancery members on Tuesday of that week. We have invited Rick Boyle and his choir to come entertain and will also be giving a “State of the Schools Address” to the Chancery members. During the Open House, we would also like to give away a few raffle items. Our records indicate that this was done several years ago; and we would like to bring it back again. It appears as though several schools were very generous in offering a coffee cup, t-shirt, or water bottle, etc with their school logo on it to the raffle. We would like to invite any schools that would like to make a donation, to please bring that item to the Pastor/Principal meeting this Friday. There will be a table set up for you to leave your donation.
If you have any questions about the meeting, please feel free to contact us at Janeal.grosinger@seattlearch.org . See you Friday!
Additionally,

We are once again accepting nominations for the Archbishop Brunett and the Sr. Mary Taylor Awards. Attached please find a nomination form. Once completed, please return by email to Janeal.grosinger@seattlearch.org. Forms are due in the OCS office by March 1, 2016.
