2016 Regional High School Art Show

The 2016 Regional High School Art Show is right around the corner. We will be accepting high school art work when you return from Winter Break (see dates below). All 9th through 12th grade students (public and private) from Pierce and King county and Bainbridge Island are invited to submit art work. Registration documents are attached.

Each art instructor can submit 3 entries (4, if one is a Special Education student).

Several awards are presented at the Regional High School Reception on March 16 (attached are the awards from 2015). Central Washington University awards 3 students with a $1000 tuition waiver scholarship. One student will receive a $2000 tuition waiver scholarship.

Regional High School Art Show – Important Dates

Jan 11-22, 2016: Art work accepted at Puget Sound Educational Service District (office closed on the MLK holiday)

Feb 8-12, 2016: Judging

Feb 17, 2016: Award letters mailed

Feb 17-Mar 16, 2016: Art Show open for public viewing (7:30 am – 4:30 pm, daily)

Mar 16, 2016: Regional Art Show Reception and Awards Presentation at PSESD
6-7 pm: Refreshments and Gallery Tour
7-8 pm: Awards Ceremony
