Equitable Services Determination Mtg - Seattle Public Schools - March 22

Dear Private School Representatives,

We hope you have had a wonderful school year so far! The SPS Private School Team would like to invite you all down to the John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence for the annual Equitable Services determination meeting and discussion (formerly called Proportionate Share - Robin Olney's work through the Special Education Office). We value your feedback, as part of our collaborative consultation process, in order to determine which services will be provided for your students during the 2016-2017 school year.

Please save the date for TUESDAY, MARCH 22^nd,. The meeting will be held in
rm. 2700 at the JSCEE, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Within the next week or two we will be sending out more information, as well as a link to an Equitable Services/Private School survey; if you could please take a moment to fill it out, we would appreciate it. The responses from our group of private school representatives will provide a good starting point for our discussion about next year’s services at the meeting. We are also allowing the parents of students receiving services this year to provide their feedback through a similar survey; we will include a summary of their input at the meeting, as well.
