Please share with your high school counseling team:
The PNACAC conference will be hosted this year at Saint Martin’s University, May 25-27, 2016.
For conference information and registration, please click here. Early bird prices end on March 15.
Background information about PNACAC - click here, and information on membership - click here. High school membership is $50 annually (one institutional membership should cover all counselors at said school), and the difference between member and non-member conference registration is about $50.
This organization also organizes regional college fairs and other informational sessions throughout the year. Another service many high school counselors appreciate is the annual Summer College Tour where they take counselors to about 5 or 6 institutions each summer, switching to a different portion of the PNACAC region each year.
SAVE THE DATE!
The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) is pleased to present town hall meetings around the region to showcase the upcoming changes to the college financial aid process, namely Prior-Prior Year (PPY).
The six regional town hall meetings will be held on the following dates across three states in the PNACAC region:
Tuesday, April 19: Lacey, WA - Saint Martin's University
Wednesday, April 20: Spokane, WA - Gonzaga University
Wednesday, April 20: Portland, OR - University of Portland
Tuesday, April 26: Boise, ID - Boise State University
Wednesday, April 27: Seattle, WA - Seattle Pacific University
Thursday, April 28: Salem, OR - Willamette University
To register for any of these events, please RSVP HERE.
The workshops will run approximately 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m., and a light breakfast will be served.
Clock hours are available to counselors in Washington state and a certificate of attendance can be provided to any attendee.
Space is extremely limited at each location so we invite you to register as soon as possible. These town hall meetings are open to any professional in the area who works with college-bound students (i.e. PNACAC membership is not required to attend) and thus we encourage people to circulate this information about the town hall meetings throughout their professional networks.
