- Monday, August 15th or Thursday, August 25th: MAP Coordinators and Lead Proctors - Attend one of the two training opportunities (August 15 – Palisades, August 25 – Chancery)
- Friday, August 19th: Class Roster File Coordinator-Submit roster to OCS in care of Vireak Vireak.Ath@seattlearch.org
- Wednesday, August 31st: Tech Coordinator - Last day to prepare testing devices/lab
- Monday, September 5th: Lead Proctor - Last day to create tests sessions
- Friday, September 16th: Lead Proctor - Last day to prepare students for testing
September 19 – October 7: Archdiocese of Seattle Fall testing window
