TED Presenters - Need to Secure Prior to Summer Break

Summer is fast approaching, approximately 10 days till summer blast off. We would love to have our presenters for Teacher Excellence Day in place before summer break. Do you have stand-out teachers who build community and respect for all cultures? How does your school celebrate and affirm all children and their families? Intentional programs, school-wide or classroom projects, events or activities that celebrate and affirm diversity?

We are making progress, and teachers are stepping up with your support! If we all offered one teacher to present at our Teacher Excellence Day, we would easily meet our goal. Currently, we have 20 schools represented in our list of 32 presentations. What a great way to recognize your teachers and to develop teacher leaders in your school! We offer $125 to each school for each presenter to cover the cost of a personal day.
This week, I will continue to call schools to remind and hopefully encourage you to put forth a name and help this person move the nomination to a registration.
