- Friday, August 19: Class Roster File Coordinator completes the following:

- Combined Import File: SchoolName_City_CI
- Additional User Import File: SchoolName_City_AU
- Special Program File: SchoolName_City_SP
- Click here for the Special Program File Guide
- Click here for the Archdiocesan Unique Student ID Number
- Following the instructions listed on the form, save the three files before sending it to the Office for Catholic Schools.
- Submit roster to OCS in care of Vireak Vireak.Ath@seattlearch.org or ocs@seattlearch.org
- Friday, August 12: School MAP Coordinator invite all to Destination PD
- On June 16, the School MAP Coordinator should have received an email from NWEA asking you to invite your staff members to Destination PD. This is in preparation for the professional development we will offer throughout the school year. Please look for this email. If you cannot locate it (check your junk mail), let Kristin Dixon know. Remember, the invite went to the person who was named as the School MAP Coordinator.
- Initially, as you enter into DESTINATION PD, our MAP Coordinators will see the name, St. Paul School, because NWEA - MAP needed to have an active account to link under Archdiocese of Seattle in order to setup the Fiscal Agent dashboards allowing the OCS to be a super user. Please know that the account name of St. Paul’s has no effect as you enter into the local training materials or your local access. MAP Coordinators will only see the name “St. Paul School” during the registration step and you will not see any of St. Paul School’s data or additional information. Please go ahead and register and invite your users to register.
- Monday, August 10: Principals, School MAP Coordinators, and Tech Coordinators register for MAP Facilitator Framework Workshop. Choose one of the following:
- August 15, 12:30 – 3:30 P.M. at the Palisades during the Kickstart
OR
- August 25, 12:30 – 3:30 P.M. at the Chancery
