Catapult Learning, the company that provides the training for Teachscape, recently informed us that Teachscape has been acquired by Frontline, a company that provides support in teacher professional growth plans. We have and will continue to stress the importance of classroom walkthroughs as a best-practice to provide on-going formative feedback to encourage teacher professional growth. However, we are uncertain at this time if our data will transfer to this new platform.

Therefore, we are placing the Cohort 5 training on hold until we can gather more information.
What to do now?
In the meantime, schools can choose to do the following:
- Stay with Teachscape – Frontline will support the program for one year in its current format. Catapult will send a bill to you for the license. I will send out an email for the license at a later date.
- Use the paper copy of the walk-through that I have attached above. You can use the paper copy, but no technology to quantify the data.
We will remain in contact with Teachscape / Frontline with the possibility of continuing with this tool. However, please note that we will begin to investigate other tech walk-through options for use in our Archdiocese. Stay tuned!
