- Use the “MAP Accommodations Guidelines” document to identify the standard accommodation types and appropriate uses.
- Use the “Accommodations Checklist” to keep track of the student(s), the grade levels, and the type.
- If non-standard accommodations are given, they should follow an agreed upon plan as in an IEP, ISP, 504, student learning plan. Parent permission should be given for any non-standard accommodation.
