Our Annual Principal Retreat is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, September 22-23, 2016. As in the past, we will be holding the retreat at the Silverdale Beach Hotel.

Here is some general information about the retreat:
- For those who would like to join us, we will be meeting for dinner at the Yacht Club Broiler on Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM. This dinner is meant to be a social gathering for those who are staying overnight on Wednesday evening. The dinner will be at your expense. If you would like to join us, please mark this on your registration form.
- For Mass this year, we will be holding the Mass at the beginning of the retreat on Thursday morning. Instead of Mass at the hotel, we will be meeting at the Star of the Sea Parish for Mass with Fr. Lappe. Mass starts at 8:00 AM on Thursday. We will not be holding Mass on Friday before leaving. Please let us know on your registration form if you will be attending.
- The Office for Catholic Schools will cover the cost of the overnight room for each principal on Thursday evening. You are welcome to come the evening before, but the cost of the room is at your expense. You will be able to use the special rate that we have for our rooms. If you would like a room for Wednesday, please contact the hotel directly and mention that you are part of our group. Please make sure they only charge you for Wednesday, but that you are staying for 2 nights. Please also mark this on your registration form.
- Our presenter this year will be Dr Joseph Mudd from Gonzaga University. We are still working out the final agenda. We will send it out to everyone as soon as it is complete, however, it should be similar to last year’s timeline (except for Mass). Please see the attached bio for Dr Mudd.
- We will once again be hosting a social on Thursday before dinner. The social is expected to start around 5:30 with a formal dinner starting at 6:00 PM. Please mark your dinner preference on your registration form. Please also mark whether you will be attending the other meals also – I would like to get an accurate count.
- At this time, it looks like the retreat will conclude around 11:00 AM on Friday, but we will be able to confirm this after the agenda is complete.
