Melanie Dressel, CEO of Columbia Bank
| Under Melanie’s leadership, Columbia Bank has survived the largest banking crisis in its history. She has been named to the list of 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by U.S. Banker Magazine. Melanie is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in political science. |
| Gordon held executive roles at Boeing and was an attorney of Perkins Coie before joining Rainier Scholars. He received his undergraduate degree from Seattle University, his law degree from Georgetown University, and completed the Executive Education program at Harvard University. |
| Prof. Dienhart is the Director of the Northwest Ethics Network. He consults with and does ethics training for Bonneville Power Administration, Costco, Holland America Line, Microsoft, Premera, Russell Investment Group, Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Weyerhaeuser. He has written four books and has many published articles. He received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana. |
