    Please join AMICI (the Fulcrum Foundation's Young Professionals’ Group) for a lively panel discussion on Ethical Leadership, featuring three prominent local business and community leaders. The panel will share their experiences of making the right decisions - even when difficult.     Melanie Dressel, CEO of Columbia Bank

    Under Melanie’s leadership, Columbia Bank has survived the largest banking crisis in its history. She has been named to the list of 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by U.S. Banker Magazine. Melanie is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in political science.
    Gordon McHenry, Executive Director of Rainier Scholars

    Gordon held executive roles at Boeing and was an attorney of Perkins Coie before joining Rainier Scholars. He received his undergraduate degree from Seattle University, his law degree from Georgetown University, and completed the Executive Education program at Harvard University.
    Dr. John Dienhart, The Frank Shrontz Chair for Professional Ethics, Seattle University

    Prof. Dienhart is the Director of the Northwest Ethics Network. He consults with and does ethics training for Bonneville Power Administration, Costco, Holland America Line, Microsoft, Premera, Russell Investment Group, Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Weyerhaeuser. He has written four books and has many published articles. He received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana.

    Brian is an Emmy-award winning reporter for Q13 FOX News This Morning. He is a parent at Our Lady of Guadalupe School. Brian is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
