We are pleased to announce a new streamlined version of AppliTrack for the 2010-2011 school year. In addition, we are proud to announce that we have been given a national award for innovation in recognition of our new system. Changes are being made at this time; a complete switch is scheduled for July 1, 2010. The highlights are:

• Custom entry through SeeCelebrateAndLive.org
• One file accommodates both applicants and/or employees (No more Internal/External file distinction.)
• A one click selection change files from applicant to employee portfolio
• Improved formatting
• Open pools for Principal viewing (back by popular demand)
• Applicants can select out of pools (but not recommended)
• No applicant or employee files will be deleted
• All new tutorials for both users and applicants

All applicants and employees will be emailed instructions for updating their files for the new system. In case your faculty and staff have questions, first have them consult the documentation through the AppliTrack link on SeeCelebrateAndLive.org.
