• CSD Tech Team Update 2010-2011

    August 2, 2010

    To all Principals,

Welcome to the 2010 – 2011 school year! As this new school year is about to begin and we want to remind you of three websites that you may need to edit this fall.

Archdiocese of Seattle – NEW WEBSITE! http://www.seattlearchdiocese.org/Sc...oolFinder.aspx
Your school has a page that trumpets your school to the general public. It is also used to generate the Catholic Directory that is published each May. Look to see that this page is clear and accurate and encourage your assigned editor to make any needed changes. If you do not know who your school editor is, or need to change editors, please email anni.mckinnon@seattlearch.org.

    Catholic Schools Departmenthttp://www.SeeCelebrateandLive.org/ (SCL)
SCL is the source of all things concerning our Catholic Schools, including the weekly mailing/blog, emerging online forums, and all of our forms and documents. As a principal, you can access additional information by logging on in the upper right corner. Typically, your user name is first name initial and last name, for example, ssmith. Email CSD@seattlearch.org if you need assistance.

    AppliTrack Administration https://applitrack.com/seattlearch
This site is where you, as an administrator, can post jobs, manage applications, maintain a substitute list, and track your current staff. See a description of the AppliTrack Database below.
Typically, your user name is school-city, for example, stpeter-yelm. If you do not know, or forgot, your password, email swenson@seattlearch.org, or call Linda Lloyd. Click the My Account tab to access the links that change your real name, password or email contact.

AppliTrack Database The CSD online database is now available through SCL
Three orange hot buttons on SCL are the following:
    1) Employment: Current job postings throughout the Archdiocese and applicant login. http://www.seecelebrateandlive.org/employment.php

    2) Employee Portfolios: Our goal this year is to invite ALL certified and non-certified employees to establish an AppliTrack employee portfolio. You can decide whether to ask your part-time employees to create an online portfolio.

    3) AppliTrack: The source of helpful guides for each of the user roles: applicants, employees, and administrators. If you do not see a title to meet your need, email swenson@seattlearch.org and a new guide will be created for you.

Respectfully submitted, The CSD Tech Team
