As you are aware, Karen Tarabochia oversees the initial orientation of our new principals in the spring and our new teachers in the fall. In that context, I provide a presentation regarding the ministry of a Catholic school principal and a Catholic school teacher. Attached are the PowerPoint slides from this year’s presentations.
Last year, one of the pastors asked me to adapt the PowerPoint as an orientation for his entire staff since so many were long term educators who had not had the benefit of this kind of orientation. You may wish to use these PowerPoint slides in conjunction with your own professional development as well as your deepening the understanding of our shared ministry in Catholic education.
