The employee portfolio system is designed to go green by reducing paper files and to increase the reliability of your information. Each fall you will be asked to update your file. In most cases this will mean logging on and clicking the box in Employer Locations to verify you are an employee for the current school year. On some years there may be new data that needs to be collected; this will be noted in the email reminder to update.
