Preset Columns
Previously when you wanted to make a substitute list, you would turn on/off columns to show just the data you wanted to see. Unfortunately, the next time you wanted this data format you had to rebuild it. Now custom column configurations can be saved and shared.
For example, to quickly get a list of your employee SETA status, click the sequence:
My Account -> View Shared Folders -> Shared Folders -> School-Internal (Search Folder).
The list appears using the default columns which do not meet the desired purpose. Click on Add/Remove Columns on the left-hand side and you will see a new pull-down menu of Presets. Choose SETA-CICS and you have an alphabetized list of names and the SETA and CICS information. This preset was saved by CSD for all to use; you can create your own custom presets. As before, you can export this list to Excel. Note: Principals are not normally included on the school’s internal list. If you want to be shown, contact CSD and we will enable your appearance on your internal list.

If you have forgotten a password, the logon screen provides the option to have it emailed to you.
