FREE RESOURCES! Washington Agriculture In the Classroom publishes a magazine three times a year free to requesting Gr. 1-8 teachers. The magazine includes articles about stewardship of our lands, technology in agriculture and general agricultural and geography knowledge. The goal is to have students and teachers know about Washington and where their food is grown and stimulate an interest in agricultural jobs – 20% of America jobs are dependent upon or related to agriculture.WANTED: CCP Online Pioneers! AppliTrack and Service Awards…are you aware of the process?
The Catholic Schools Department honors service to Catholic education.
Here is our service award schedule:
10 years – Silver Pin
15 years – Gold Pin
20 years – Year engraved gold pin
25 years – Year engraved gold pin and plaque
30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years – Year engraved gold pin
(For Principals/Presidents only): In addition to the above mentioned items, administrative service is uplifted every 10 years with an engraved plaque
Be sure to count years of service at other archdioceses as well as part-time employment for any year. If you qualify for a service award, counting this year, please notify your local principal so that you are included in the list they send to CSD. You can also list your last award in your AppliTrack Portfolio on the Safe Environment page.
