RE: Safe Environment Annual Report

Due to many factors we have been delayed in sending out our annual report to aid Level I schools in Safe Environment compliance. This report will be emailed to Level I schools this week. If you are not the Safe Environment Coordinator for your school, then please be sure that your coordinator gets this report.

This annual report is an excel spreadsheet of all your active employees on your payroll (ADP) as of September. If an employee does not have a Safe Environment Participant Number it is almost certain that this employee is not in compliance and action is required immediately. To assist you with substitutes, we will include a separate list identifying the ones with Safe Environment Participant Numbers.
