    Children’s Hospital is a secure facility. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. You will receive directions as how to access the building with the RSVP confirmation.
    Please remit $20 fee to: FXAWS, 15025 70th Ave NE, Kenmore, WA 98028. Payment must be received by Feb 15th, 2011. An email address also needs to accompany the check; this is how you will receive your confirmation letter and information needed to access the hospital.     Special Guest Speakers
    Marcia Braden, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with a clinical practice specializing in children and adolescents. She is a former teacher with experience teaching general and special education. She has written and published numerous articles related to education and behavior management strategies, techniques, and interventions. She is a contributing author to the book Fragile X Syndrome; Diagnosis, Treatment, and Research, compiled and edited by Randi and Paul Hagerman and Children with Fragile X Syndrome. Dr. Braden frequently consults with parents, therapists, educators, and medical staff about effective treatments. Respected for her work internationally, she has presented at numerous conferences and workshops about
    Fragile X Syndrome, autism, and other related disorders.

    Gwen Glew, M.D. MPH, is a developmental pediatrician at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington. She has worked in pediatrics for 14 years and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a member of the Clinic Consortium of the National Fragile X Foundation and has a special interest in Fragile X, Autism, prematurity, and Cerebral Palsy.
