On Monday, May 16
th, Sr. John Mary Fleming, Executive Director, Secretariat of Catholic Education for the USCCB will be joining us for the first part of the day.
Sr. John Mary will be presenting:
The Mission of Catholic Schools Now and into Eternity. She will be discussing the following talking points:
- · The four main areas for growth in Catholic schools identified by the Committee on Catholic Education of the USCCB,
- · The advocacy work of the Secretariat for Catholic Education on Capitol Hill,
- · Parental Choice in Catholic Education in the United States,
- · The importance of mission driven decision making for Catholic schools at this time in our country.
In addition to Sr. John Mary, we will also be covering the following topics throughout the day:
· MAP testing
· Diversified Learners
· Accreditation Recognition for schools completing the process this year
